Recent City legislation regarding political campaign contributions may affect your eligibility to contract for services, supplies, or construction with PIDC.

If you as an individual have contributed more than $2,500 in a calendar year to a candidate for nomination or election to any City office, or to an incumbent, you may be ineligible to receive non-competitively bid contracts funded by the City through PIDC in excess of $10,000. If your business has contributed more than $10,000, in a calendar year to a candidate for nomination or election to any City office, or to an Incumbent, you may be ineligible to receive non-competitively bid contracts funded by the City through PIDC in excess of $25,000.
