Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at The Navy Yard.  The Navy Yard is a 1,200 acre, dynamic urban development, offering the Philadelphia region a unique and centrally-located business campus with an uncompromising commitment to sustainability.  The Navy Yard has limited event space options at this time. Please review the information below for how to direct your inquiry.

  • The Navy Yard is managed and developed by the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), Philadelphia's city-wide economic development corporation since 1958. Periodically, PIDC will make outdoor portions of The Navy Yard available to non-profit and/or philanthropic organizations that are looking to host public events, in accordance with our mission to spur investment, support business growth, and foster development that creates jobs, revitalizes neighborhoods and drives growth to every corner of Philadelphia. To begin the process of hosting a special event at The Navy Yard, please click to view and download THE NAVY YARD 2015 SPECIAL EVENTS APPLICATION.
  • A small number of Navy Yard companies offer event space for public rental.  Please feel free to contact these companies directly with your inquiry, including questions regarding availability and fees:

  • For Urban Outfitters, Inc. event space, contact Lauren Addis, URBN's Navy Yard Events & Operations Manager. Please know that URBN does not commonly rent event space publicly, but will answer questions that you have.
