Reed Lyons joined PIDC as Vice President, Navy Yard Development.  In this role, Reed is responsible for driving and executing PIDC’s real estate transactions and business development efforts at the Navy Yard.  A native of Philadelphia, Reed brings to the Navy Yard a strong and diverse background in real estate development.  Reed received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from the George Washington University Law School. Reed currently resides in the Washington Square West neighborhood of Center City Philadelphia with his wife and two children. READ MORE ABOUT REED

Trevor Smith very recently joined PIDC as Navy Yard Civic & Social Engagement Coordinator after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a Master’s of Community Planning (MCP) from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). In this role, Trevor will help create a sense of place and purpose for all the Navy Yard employees, visitors, and friends through delivery of a corporate social responsibility agenda for the campus, and planning and executing a variety of community and partner events. When not at work, you’ll find him jogging the Schuylkill Trail, or hiking the Wissahickon Hills. READ MORE ABOUT TREVOR

Leah Robinson recently joined PIDC as the Navy Yard’s Administrative Assistant. In this role, Leah is the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and partners, and coordinates the day to day operations of the office. Leah is also responsible for managing the delicious Lunch Truck Lineup program! Leah was drawn to PIDC for its devotion to revitalizing neighborhoods and driving growth to every corner of Philadelphia. Passionate about culture and the arts, she is always scouting out events to attend around town. If she’s not trying out a new restaurant, or catching live music from local bands, you can find her playing beach and indoor volleyball around the city. READ MORE ABOUT LEAH
