The Navy Yard and Vincera Institute are pleased to welcome Alexander Poor, MD to the Vincera Institute’s physicians’ clinic. Dr. Poor specializes in minimally invasive surgery, and treatment for hernias and other related conditions. Vincera Institute has relocated to Building 489 and has expanded to become a multi-service facility that has integrated top-flight specialties to create an aggregate approach to health and performance. Led by Dr. William C. Meyers, Vincera was previously located in Quarters M-1 since 2010, focusing on core injuries. Working with P&A Associates, Vincera developed and renovated the former USO building, located at 12th & Constitution Ave.
